Step 1: Select a treatment
Review treatment options by goal and open a product page for pricing, supply, concentration, and protocol details. Add the therapies you want to your cart.
Step 2: Checkout
You pay the listed medication price for your supply. Shipping is included. Medication renews on the supply schedule shown (typically every 4 weeks) until you cancel with 5–7 days' notice before the next renewal. A prescription is required, so payment precedes provider review.
Step 3: Complete intake
After checkout, complete the intake process so our team can prepare your provider hand-off and prescription review.
Step 4: Provider visit or review
A licensed provider reviews your health history and determines whether treatment is appropriate. Visit format is set by the care team. Asynchronous provider review is available in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Our clinic is in Fairfax, Virginia.
Step 5: Prescription and fulfillment
If prescribed, the pharmacy prepares your medication (pharmaceutical grade, reconstituted and ready to use, with a set dosing protocol). Shipping transit time begins after approval and pharmacy processing — it is separate from intake and review time. If treatment is not prescribed, you receive a full refund and there is no charge for the provider visit.
